Right to Refuse Service & Chargeback Policy

Right to Refuse Service & Billing Integrity

The Veiled Path Intuition LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or terminate professional relationships with any individual at our sole discretion.

We will immediately exercise this right if we have reasonable grounds to believe a client is:

  • Misrepresenting their identity or providing false, fraudulent, or dishonest information.
  • Engaging in behavior that intends to cause harm, harassment, defamation, or distress to any third party, our staff, or our community.

Post-Service Chargebacks & Payment Integrity

All services rendered by The Veiled Path Intuition LLC are considered final. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company after services have already been delivered, we will view this as a breach of contract and potential financial fraud.

In such cases, The Veiled Path Intuition LLC reserves the right to:

  1. Permanently ban the client from receiving any future services.
  2. Submit this signed agreement, communication logs, and proof of service completion to your financial institution to vigorously dispute the claim.
  3. Pursue collection actions or legal remedies to recover the full cost of the service, plus any associated administrative and chargeback fees.
